GIFTS - An approach to Feedback............

Feedback should be like GIFTS. Where both the receiver and sender of feedback feel happy and the outcome is effective -

Goes both ways - a two way process

Initiated by person who sees the need

Frequent and should be reqular

Timely - close to the event

Specific - on observed behaviour
