What HR Business Partners do?

Friends,

When it comes to defining a team's goal, the time proven rule applies : " No involvement, no commitment"                                                                - Stephen R Covey

How true is it for you the above statement? I have experienced two common blunders the leaders make:

  • The lone genius - the leader goes "off to the mountain" creates a strategy and vision, and announces it to everyone. Result: no commitment, understanding or buy-in.
  • The opinion poller - the leader takes no stand, follows the crowd, and over involves people. Result: Lack of confidence in the leader and a murky purpose.
How do we create Shared Goals? How can we co create policies and processes to have effective outcome? How do we unleash the talent, inspire trust and align systems in the organisations?

If you would like to seek out answers to the above i strongly recommend you to attend our signature workshop LEAF on Facilitation skills on 23rd and 24th Feb 2018 at Holiday Inn, Mumbai.

If you would like to discuss any of this with me, please reach out on 9223268309 or shyam.iyer@60bitsconsulting.com

When people are treated as whole people, they volunteer their highest efforts and energies. When people are treated as things, they withhold their full commitment.

Its your chance to take the next step and create that difference.

Looking forward to meet you at the event.

Cheers,
Shyam
